In an effort to make sure that Tech-Guyz provides the most cost effective in-home service possible, we have devised an innovative half-hour billing structure. If a tech-job takes more time then the 1st hour, we will bill additional time by a ½ hourly rate. Certain Tech-Jobz take time, others don’t and we realize it is unfair to charge you for time we don’t need. Billing by the ½ hour rate also allows us to take care of multiple Tech-Jobz for the time we bill. Our competition will put surcharges on each individual job and leave you with a smile and an extremely large bill.
